little by little

Motion graphics for a campaign designed to destigmatize exposure therapy, reframing it as a positive
and empowering journey. The name reflects the gradual, step-by-step nature of the treatment.

Using the ocean as a metaphor for fear, the campaign likens exposure therapy to slowly approaching
the tide from the shoreline—one manageable step at a time. Along the way, small treasures left on the
sand—like shells or starfish—are likened to the small wins and micro-successes discovered when
bravely facing one's fears.

Target Audience : Caregivers seeking exposure-eligible treatments for their children.

Secondary Audience : Adolescents (13-18) struggling with exposure-treatable disorders like GAD or OCD.
